How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all of our orders for both, new and recurring customers

 

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we are offering shipping only within United States, we are working on expanding it worldwide soon.

How long before my items arrive?
Most of our products are high demand products and are shipped internationally so give it about 2-4 weeks for the product to arrive.

What are my delivery options?
We currently only offer standard shipping option, which is free for ALL orders.

What shipping provider do you use?
You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS)

What are my payment options?
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

How secure is your site?
Classy Outlook processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We offer a 30 days refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.

Can I amend my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

What if i received a faulty item?
If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) at info@classyoutlook.com. All you'll have to do is ship the item(s) to our OH location and we'll extend you a full refund upon receipt and item inspection.
